What is Valiantly Off Balance?

Valiantly Off Balance is a media company founded almost entirely because it was surprisingly easy to register for an LLC. That said, we are going to try our darnedest to be the best little homegrown media company you ever did see! We want to make to make cool things and celebrate what we love with podcasts and video essays.

The company was founded by

Vanessa Cameron & Ethan Tucker

Here are their bios, because I know you’re curious:

Vanessa is the co-founder and co-CEO of Valiantly Off Balance. She and business partner,  Ethan, first met in high school when Vanessa made fun of Ethan for being a “movie guy” but never seeing Star Wars. Vanessa graduated from Rutgers University-Newark in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in political science and decided the best way to put her degree to use was to start a media company. Along with being a podcast host and a video essayist, Vanessa is a full time law student.

Ethan is the co-founder and co-CEO of Valiantly Off Balance. When his friend and business partner, Vanessa, suggested forming an LLC, Ethan was shocked at how easy it was. Suddenly, he went from an unemployed 20-something who barely passed Community College, to the owner of a media company. Neat! Ethan is a writer, illustrator, and editor. He hopes to be a storyboard artist for television animation someday. But above all else, he wants to make cool things with cool people. He hopes this company will be a good avenue for that.
